2. What we collect
Three sources produce the personal information we hold about website visitors, and each one is listed here in full.
The contact and assessment form
The form on this site asks for your full name, company, work email address, phone number, the number of users in your organisation (as a range), what you need from us, an optional message, and a tick in the consent box. We also record the date and time you submitted it. The form contains a hidden field that a person filling it in cannot see; automated spam tools tend to fill it. A submission with that field filled is treated as spam and discarded, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Web server logs
Like every web server, ours records the IP address of each request, the browser type and version, the pages requested, the referring page where the browser supplies one, and a timestamp. These logs are generated automatically whether or not you fill in a form.
Email you send us
An email to hello@manageditservicescharlotte.co gives us your email address, your name if it is in the message, the content you wrote, and any attachment you included.
The site has no user accounts and takes no payments, so it never asks for a password, a card number or a bank detail. If a page on this domain ever asks for one, close it and email us.
