Contact Managed IT Services Charlotte

Every inquiry sent through this page lands with a senior engineer rather than a sales queue, and the reply comes within one business hour between 8am and 6pm ET, Monday to Friday. Existing clients with a P1 incident raise it through the help desk, which is staffed 24/7/365.

Request a Free IT Assessment

The assessment is a documentation exercise completed within 5 business days of the first call, and it ends in a written findings report your business keeps whether or not you hire us. It needs read-only access only, and it checks five things: an asset and licence inventory, patch and end-of-life exposure, a backup restore test, an MFA and admin-account audit, and a findings summary that names each affected system and what remediation involves.

Where We Come On Site

On-site visits carry no trip fee for any site within 25 miles of Uptown Charlotte, and beyond that radius we still attend with mileage billed for each visit. That reach takes in all nine counties of the Charlotte metro on both sides of the state line: Mecklenburg, Cabarrus, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln and Anson on the North Carolina side, with York, Lancaster and Chester in South Carolina.
